About

I'm Sandeep Rathore, a Forward Deployed Engineer based in Bengaluru. I work across React, Python, and Java — designing systems and building software that holds up in production.

Before this, I spent 4+ years in backend engineering with Java, Spring Boot, and microservices: REST APIs and Kafka-based ERP integrations, third-party integrations with DocuSign, FedEx, Basware, and APSmart, and performance work across JPA, MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis — deployed with CI/CD on AWS and Docker.

Through Rathore Industries I ship my own products — starting with SkillSync — and take on select client work: websites, custom software, and AI automation.
